Framework of the competition
As part of a competition, vouchers are regularly raffled via Poll Pay. Notification of the competition takes place, for example, via the push messages of the app, via the Poll Pay newsletter or the Poll Pay accounts in the social media.
The start and end of the competition are clearly indicated in the notification.
All Poll Pay users worldwide can participate in this competition.
As a rule, eligibility for the competition depends on the performance of certain services in the app, for example, the successful completion of some surveys. No user of the Poll Pay App is obligated to participate, and no participating user will incur any costs or disadvantages as a result of participating.
Furthermore, to register, participants enter their email addresses in a split form. This is the only way they can be notified if they win. Persons who do not enter their e-mail address cannot participate in the competition.
Vouchers of the supplier Amazon.com are raffled.
Logo and origin of the provider are shown transparently in the process of the raffle. The voucher cards are first purchased by us and then raffled to the participants of our raffles. The winner receives the code of his voucher card by e-mail and can redeem it directly. There are therefore no costs.
The participants’ data is treated confidentially and stored securely.
By randomization, one participant will be randomly selected to win the sweepstakes. As soon as the lottery is drawn and the winner is notified, all collected data will be deleted.
The e-mail addresses, which the participants provide voluntarily, are collected, as well as a freely selectable nickname of the participants. This may later be used to announce the winner of the competition on the Poll Pay accounts in social media.
The processing of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b. DSGVO. The rights of the participants can be found in Art. 15-21 DSGVO.
If you don’t receive your payment via PayPal immediately please check the following aspects:
- the payment comes from BitBurst GmbH, search for a payment from this sender on your PayPal account
- check exactly if you entered the correct email address when you paid out
- the email address you entered must match exactly with the recipient address entered in the PayPal account settings.
Pay special attention to the differences between @gmail.com and @googlemail.com and possibly add your e-mail to the recipient addresses so that they can accept the money in both forms of writing.
- In most cases, it only takes a few hours for new surveys to become available to you.
If you don’t receive surveys for several days, we’ll immediately try to find new survey partners and make their surveys available to you.
- You have given control questions that need to be built in for quality assurance purposes that differ from one of your previous answers.
- Your answers show a lack of knowledge in the subject areas that you should have due to your stated qualification.
- You have lost your internet connection for too long.
But we cannot influence the requirements of our partners. That’s why we give you a 1 cent reward, although we can’t use your answers to keep you from leaving the survey empty-handed.
Why do I not receive compensation from invited friends?
Your share, which you get from the earnings of your invited friends, you receive only on completed surveys. You don’t get a share from consolation prizes or the first start poll.
